By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our screen recording software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

Important Notice

If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the software and you must discontinue use immediately.

  • Updates: 24 months of free version updates
  • Commercial Use: Allowed for personal business use
  • Support: Standard email support included
TEAM LICENSE

Team License

  • 2 Users: Valid for up to 2 named users
  • 2 Device Limit: Install on up to 2 devices total
  • Updates: Lifetime free version updates
  • Priority Support: Email & chat support included
  • Team Management: Central license dashboard

2.2 Permitted Usage

  • Use the software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
  • Create unlimited recordings for your own use or distribution
  • Record content that you own or have permission to record
  • Use within the limitations of your purchased license type

3.2 Payment Processing

  • Full Payment Required: License activation requires full payment of the purchase price
  • Secure Processing: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
  • License Delivery: License keys are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment
  • Tax Responsibility: Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must meet eligibility criteria outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

Esteem Silver Hub and all associated software, documentation, graphics, interfaces, and trademarks are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. The software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to these terms.

4.2 User Content

  • Content Ownership: You retain all rights to content you create using Esteem Silver Hub
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you record and distribute
  • Copyright Compliance: You must ensure you have rights to record and distribute any content

5. Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data or revenue resulting from the use of the software.

5.1 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.

6. Termination & Suspension

6.1 Termination Rights

  • License Violation: We may terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms
  • Unauthorized Use: Illegal or unauthorized use may result in immediate termination
  • Refund Period: You may terminate within 30 days for a full refund as per our policy

6.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software, uninstall it from all devices, and destroy all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as specified in our Refund Policy.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, Australia.

7.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or software notification.
